  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.
  • Shipping Costs: For orders under $199, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

2. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
    • Fragrance items that have been opened or used.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
    • Gift cards.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@theintensebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
